All registered Domestic Graduate Students taking six (6) or more credit hours (three (3) or more during the summer sessions) are eligible to participate in the plan on a voluntary basis. For students applying for coverage to be active for a Summer semester, additional enrollment requirements will apply. To remain eligible, you must meet the required credit hours and be continuously enrolled throughout each semester.
